Payment & Appointment Policy
A few simple guidelines help us keep appointments convenient, our schedule running smoothly, and our fees straightforward.
Last Updated: October 2026We know life gets busy and plans sometimes change. Our goal is to make scheduling as easy and flexible as possible while reserving enough time to give each patient our full attention. We appreciate your consideration of the patients scheduled before and after you.
Appointments
Patient visits are provided by scheduled appointment. Scheduling ahead is the best way to ensure that we have time reserved specifically for you.
Walk-ins are always welcome to check for availability and will be accommodated when the schedule permits. Because our scheduled patients receive priority, we cannot guarantee availability for walk-in visits.
Need to Reschedule?
We understand that work, family responsibilities, illness, and unexpected circumstances can change your plans.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment whenever possible.
Advance notice gives us an opportunity to make that appointment available to another patient.
Missed Appointments
We understand that an occasional missed appointment can happen. If you realize that you will not be able to make your appointment, simply let us know as soon as possible.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient, repeated missed appointments or a pattern of missed appointments without adequate notice may result in limitations on future scheduling or dismissal from the practice.
Our goal isn’t to penalize an occasional schedule change. This policy simply helps us keep appointment times available for everyone who needs them.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless arrangements have been made with our office in advance. For your convenience, we accept:
A Self-Pay Practice
Adjustments Chiropractic & Wellness is a self-pay practice. We have chosen this model to keep our fees and services straightforward and to allow decisions about your care to remain between you and your doctor.
We do not bill commercial health insurance, workers’ compensation, or automobile insurance on behalf of patients. Payment for services is the responsibility of the patient and is generally due at the time services are provided.
Gratuities
Gratuities are never expected or required. If you voluntarily choose to offer a gratuity for a service for which gratuities are permitted, it is appreciated but entirely optional. Providing or declining a gratuity will never affect the care, attention, scheduling, or services you receive from our office.
We’re Happy to Help.
If you have a question about scheduling, accepted payment methods, fees, or any of our office policies, please contact us before your appointment.
